The Global Share™ Compensation Plan features many unique terms. If you’re unsure about a term, look no further than the Glossary to get a full, detailed explanation.
Personal Commission Volume (PCV): Your PCV is the sum of commissionable sales volume produced from purchases by your direct referrals. For example, if you sell 6 Education Training System CDS (21 commissionable volume per Education Training System CD), you will have 126 PCV (6x21). PCV is added upon the successful transaction of funds associated with the sale. Your PCV also counts towards your total Group Commission Volume (GCV). Your PCV starts at zero at the beginning of each monthly commission cycle, and grows with each new sale as well as successful recurring sales.
Group Commission Volume (GCV): The total group commission volume for your sales organization is equal to the sum of your personal sales (PCV), and the commission volume of all Associate Members in your downline. GCV is calculated from the 9th at 4:00:01PM PST to following 9th at 4:00 PM PST just like your PCV. For example, if you sell a tech support plan, 35 CV is added to your PCV and GCV. If an Associate Member in your sales organization sells a tech support plan, your GCV increases by 35 CV. This would put your totals at 35 PCV and 70 GCV.
Global Pool: The Global Pool is the total amount of commission volume generated by all Associate Members during a commission cycle. All commissions are calculated based on shares in the Global Pool. Payout on the Global Pool is 70%.
Non Participant Customer (NPC): A Non Participant Customer is produced by the sale of commissionable products and/or services to a consumer who is not an Associate Member, and who does not take part in the income opportunity. Bronze rank and higher ranks require a minimum of one (1) NPC per commission month. Entry into the NPC pool requires a minimum of five (5) NPC sales with an individual valuation of a minimum of $15.00 per NPC.
Administration Fee (Admin Fee): The Admin fee is an optional purchase that provides the Juvio Associate Member with his or her own Juvio website, which prospective customers and future referrals may visit to aid in product sales. In addition, the web site contains valued marketing material such as banners, brochures and magazines, all designed to expose the Juvio Product and Opportunity. The Admin fee is a recurring fee of $7.00 a month. The Admin fee is required for Bronze rank and higher ranks.
NPC Share: When a Associate Member accumulates five (5) or more NPC sales, with a minimum valuation of $15.00 per NPC sale, in a commission cycle, one (1) share is earned for each qualified sale. For example, five (5) qualified NPC sales by an Associate Member in a commission cycle earns that Associate Member five (5) shares of the NPC Bonus Pool. Additional NPC sales beyond the five (5) minimum threshhold are calculated as one (1) share per qualified NPC sale. The NPC Share is paid to Associate Members based on the number of shares they hold in the NPC Bonus Pool.
Leg: Every time a new Associate Member is placed in your organization on your front line or first level you are, in effect, creating a new leg. There are no limits on the number of legs you are permitted. Under the ‘Wide’ placement option, each direct referral of yours creates a new leg. Under the ‘Deep’ placement option, new direct referrals are added to existing legs.
Downline: downline refers to all the Associate Members beneath you in your organization. Your Juvio organization can be infinitely deep and there is no maximum number of Associate Members in your downline.
Upline: Your upline consist of a single lineage of Associate Members extending upwards from your position to the company. Your referring Member is always in your upline.
Direct Referral: Any customer, Associate Member or Service Member, who subscribes to Juvio services or purchases Juvio products, and who lists you as the referring Associate Member. Anyone who signs up through your personal Juvio website is automatically considered a Direct Referral.
Control and Placement: Control and Placement refers to a Member’s ability to control the placement of their direct referrals. To learn more about the details of the control and placement procedure please visit your genealogy and click on the appropriate link.
Representative: A Juvio Representative is an Associate Member who is a participant of the income opportunity, but who has generated under 100 Personal Commission Volume credits during a current commission cycle. A Representative does not earn override commissions.
Personal Sales Organization (PSO): Your sales organization is composed of yourself and all the Associate Members in your downline. In other words, it is made up of all of your direct referrals, and all of their direct referrals, and so on. There is no maximum size or fixed structure to your personal sales organization.
Service Member: A non-participant customer (NPC) who has signed up ongoing service and/or delivery of Juvio Tech Support or Education Training System CDs on a recurring basis. Also known as a “Service Only Member”.
Subscriber: Anyone who has signed up for ongoing service and/or delivery of Juvio Tech Support or Education Training System CDs on a recurring basis. All Service-only Members are automatically Subscribers, as are any Juvio Associate Members who also purchase corresponding recurring service/product.
Duplicative Fulfillment Center (DFC): A proprietary contact manager that allows you, the Associate Member, a modern way to let your prospective sign-ups know about Juvio with one of our predesigned HTML emails and one of our cutting edge Flash presentations. A complete management tool for your business solicitations.
Personal Commission Volume (PCV) Multiplier: Your Personal Commission Volume (PCV) Multiplier is determined by the total PCV your Associate Member account has produced in given commission cycle. At the beginning of each commission cycle all Associate Member accounts start the cycle at 50%. As soon as your account has produced thirty five (35) or more PCV your PCV Multiplier will increase to 100%. If your account has been established with a recurring/monthly autoship of a Juvio product or service that produces thirty five (35) or more PCV your account will reflect a 50% multiplier until your billing date. As soon as your account has been successfully billed the PCV will be issued and your multiplier will increase to 100%.
Associate Members who purchase Retail Sales Kits benefit from the following PCV Multipliers in the cycle that their Retail Sales Kit is purchased:
Level 1 Retail Sales Kit: 110% Personal Commission Volume (PCV) Multiplier
Level 2 Retail Sales Kit: 120% Personal Commission Volume (PCV) Multiplier
Level 3 Retail Sales Kit: 130% Personal Commission Volume (PCV) Multiplier
Level 4 Retail Sales Kit: 140% Personal Commission Volume (PCV) Multiplier
